The Turks and Caicos travel authorization application is done through an online portal. You will be asked to enter your email address, and once you’re done, you will receive a one time pass – OTP code in your email to verify that you are using a legitimate account.
Make sure you use your personal email for verification purposes.
Complete the sheet with your personal details. Don’t forget to double check to make sure everything is correct.
You will then be asked to upload all of your documents to be verified by the Turks and Caicos government for inspection and review. You maybe asked to present this form to the airline in order to board your flight to Turks and Caicos, and then again when you land in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Having a screenshot on your phone is not enough as you may not be allowed to use your mobile phones in the immigration area. Please avoid putting these forms in a plastic ring binder or similar as they will have to all be taken out for markup or stamping by the local health officials.
The overall application process should not take you more than 30 minutes to complete, and application may be approved within 15 minutes but can take much longer – 24 hours or more after submission. The time it will take to approve your application depends on the volume of applicants at any given time. During peak days, the Turks and Caicos government officials who manage the travel authorization application screening will be working double time to accommodate everyone’s application and make sure they are approved on time.
